Description:
We’re a growing optical office in Las Vegas looking for a friendly, experienced Optical Dispenser to join our close-knit team. This is a full-time, in-person position based in our beautiful, brand-new 3,500 sq ft office with the latest diagnostic technology, user-friendly EHR, and one of the best patient communication systems in the industry.
We’re located in one of the city’s most desirable suburban neighborhoods, serving a respectful and high-end clientele who value quality and care. We’re proud to offer a professional yet down-to-earth work environment with room to grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Help patients select frames and lenses that match their prescription, needs, and style
- Take accurate measurements for fit and adjustments
- Educate patients on lens options and eyewear care
- Process insurance billing and lab orders
- Make eyewear adjustments and minor repairs
- Assist with front desk or pre-testing duties when needed
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 1+ year of experience in optical, optometry, or vision care
- Understands insurance billing and lab processing
- Is polished, professional, and people-oriented
- Feels comfortable in a high-end or boutique retail environment
- Is dependable, trustworthy, and a true team player
- Is available to work Saturdays
